1st November 2008: As of 1st November 2008 the company HB Bouwtechniek (HBBT) based in the Dutch town Bladel has become an affiliate of the German FRANK group and from now on continues business activities on the Dutch market under the company name Max Frank Nederland bv. |

Since the company’s foundation in 2005/2006 HBBT has within very short time gained an excellent reputation via its “KORBO masonry underpinnings”. In line with the rapid growth of the young company, its managing director Bart van der Hejden promptly undertook any effort to extend the existing product range, to make the company independent on only one product. Simultaneously, the company FRANK based in the Bavarian village of Leiblfing was searching for a possibility to strengthen its position on the Dutch market. Max Frank is a specialist for production and distribution of a vast range of standard and tailor-made products for reinforced concrete construction. |

The FRANK group has established production locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Great Britain and Slovakia and has founded subsidiaries in Middle and East Europe, North America and in the Asia-Pacific Region and it exports its products to more than 50 countries. Since November 2008, the company FRANK now owns its own Dutch subsidiary whilst FRANK products have previously been sold on the Dutch market since the sixties directly or by distributive traders.
