Efficient foundation work with less effort

At the Kvarteret Eklyckan project in Alingsås, Sweden, Pecafil^® edge formwork was used for the construction of slab foundations and strip foundations. By utilizing prefabricated Pecafil^® L-sections, several foundation sections could be installed without the need for additional backfilling.

The use of Pecafil^® significantly reduced transportation, installation, and conventional formwork requirements. At the same time, corner elements could be fabricated manually on site without the need for a crane or other heavy lifting equipment. Due to the low foundation heights, no additional bracing was required.
