An exciting new residential project is being built in the southern Swedish province of Lomma. The Egcobox® thermal break unit was supplied for the balcony connections.
The Strandstråket project in the heart of Lomma comprises 22 unique homes. Here, classic architecture meets timeless elegance, inspired by the old brick houses of Lomma. The Swedish property developer, Cormac, is committed to creating high-quality and innovative homes. The residential projects are characterised by a clear vision, namely to offer unique and sustainable living solutions. Cormac places great importance on creating sustainable living environments. Strandstråket was designed by the well-known architectural firm Krook and Tjäder.
Flats with quality and comfort
All flats have large, bright and spacious balconies. The Strandstråket complex is located in a harmonious coastal environment with sandy beaches, cosy walking paths and the charm of a small-town. The residential complex will create a holistic experience with quality, functionality and sustainability at the heart of the project. Occupancy is provisionally planned for the 2nd quarter of 2026.
Max Frank AB supplied the thermally insulating Egcobox® cantilever connector for the project. Thermal bridges can be reduced with the heat-insulating Egcobox® cantilever connector. Egcobox® structural connection units thermally isolate an exterior component and an interior component from each other.
Egcobox® has been designed and installed on key projects worldwide for decades. Many major specifiers, contractors and developers recognise MAX FRANK's service and product quality.
