Quartier Färberstraße

Düsseldorf, Germany

The Egcoscal stair bedding offers high-performance impact sound reduction and greatly improves the comfort of the residents of the Färberstraße Quarter.

The aim is to create living space for a wide range of age groups and to ensure a high quality of life. On a total of 18,500 square meters of living space, the 219 units are divided into two- to five-bedroom apartments. The 45 million Euro housing project in Dusseldorf is scheduled for completion by 2013.

In the project, loads are centred by decoupling the solid wall and ceiling components with 550 meters of Egcodist C centring bearing from MAX FRANK. The Egcoscal stair bedding offers high-performance impact sound reduction and greatly improves the comfort of the residents of the quarter. Distance tubes have also been used to ensure the wall thickness.
