MAX FRANK Coupler fixed connection

If a reverse bend connection reaches its limits, the fixed connection offers a suitable alternative for reinforcement diameters ≥ 12 mm. If free rotation of the connection reinforcement is not possible in the second concreting section, for example with fixed reinforcement stirrups, the fixed sleeve is used:

• Force-fit connection without turning the connection reinforcement
• Ideal for large bar diameters
• Secure countering with defined torque

In the 2nd construction phase, a threaded bar with a loose screwed-on locking nut and pre-assembled screw socket is connected according to the working instructions. A special fixing sleeve is not required. The fixed connection consists of a standard socket and the
corresponding locking nut.
