Six new residential buildings, which accommodate 30 apartment, were created near the coast in the popular area of Sandlyckan in Kullavik.
The buildings are arranged around an inner courtyard with a lot of greenery. Underground there is a communal garage, which makes parking very comfortable for the residents. The buildings were designed in wood construction by the wooden house manufacturer Derome and construction was carried out by Tuve Bygg.
MAX FRANK products were used for the shuttering and sealing of the building foundations. Permanent formwork Pecafil® was used in combination with the formwork elements Stremaform for concreting of the foundation slabs. To achieve optimum protection against the ingress of water the injection hose Intec®, the sub-structure waterproofing system Zemseal® and the Metal water stop for in-situ concrete Fradiflex® were used.
