In one of central Lund's oldest neighbourhoods, the enriched Culture Quadrant, a new construction takes shape - the Sankt Mikael 20 property.
In this unique setting, the parking area near the Cathedral, is transformed into a modern five-storey building, housing a total of 19 apartments. The development will also boast a semi-automatic basement garage.
The idea behind the architecture is that the appearance of the white plastered house will merge with the area’s existing cultural historic buildings and surroundings.
The project, carried out by Betonmast Malmö AB, Brf Kulturkvarteret developers and FOJAB architects, is expected to be completed in May 2021.
For this project, MAX FRANK supplies the Zemseal® sub-structure waterproofing system, Fradiflex® metal water stop for in-situ concrete and the Intec® injection hose system.
