Internal Sales (m/f)

MAX FRANK S.R.L. established a Romanian branch in 2017 with a primary focus on precasters and key customers. We aim to grow the Romanian business by incorporating a diverse role in a growing global company, supported by a high-quality product portfolio. As an internal sale, you will support the sales team in Brasov county. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity for a creative role where customer service and building long-term relationships are the focus.

About the position
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the process of sales orders and arrange the dispatch and administration of products, administrative support with production of RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other sales related documents and to maintain and update all administrative forms.

Expected Skills and Qualifications:
The suitable candidate should

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Good communication and organization skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. German is considered an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
