MAX FRANK offers you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with everyday working life through an internship.
For interested pupils, we offer internships in all the training courses we offer. This allows you to find out more about different professions and get a taste of practical life while you are still at school. An internship helps you to familiarize yourself with everyday working life in a company and makes it easier for you to choose a career later on.

Flex internship
For those who don't yet know exactly which direction they want to take, we offer a flex internship. This gives you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with various training occupations within a week, making it easier for you to decide which direction you would like to take. Please indicate in your cover letter which areas/training occupations you are interested in.
In addition to the compulsory internship, we also offer students the opportunity to complete a voluntary internship, for example during the semester break. During the internship, you will support various specialist departments and gain valuable practical experience.

Prerequisite:

• You are at least 16 years old
• You are available for at least 3 weeks at a time
