Price surcharge from 1st of February 2021

You are probably aware that the steel branch is being influenced by dramatical cost increases.
This affects all products which are mainly being produced from steel. Up to this date we
managed to compensate these increases by generous storage and predictive purchasing
policy. Unfortunately, there is no trend reversal on the horizon, a lot of forecasts prognosticate
a further gradual of the situation.

From the 1st of February 2021 on all prices the price surcharges according to below list
will be valid. The prices are based on the Frank price list valid 1st of February 2021.
All agreed special net prices will also be increased by this factor. Of course we will
revoke the prices in case of any change of the market situation whereas we reserve
the right for additional price surcharges in case of further graduals. Of course we
will inform you in due time.
