Through the provision of technical documentation and planning tools, such as our Zemseal® CAD brochure, products can be integrated simply into the planning.
In addition to a permanent stabilization measure such as slope stabilization or outer walls of underground garages (see detail bored pile wall), bored piles are also used as foundation elements. This is particularly important when high loads have to be transferred to deeper, more stable soil layers.
To create a watertight surface, the sub-structure waterproofing membrane Zemseal® must be properly tied to the bored piles and sealed. With the multi-component epoxy resin mortar, a force-fit and sealed connection to the adjacent bored pile is achieved.
We present bored pile without and with overstand in the Zemseal® CAD brochure:
To ensure the transfer of all imposed building loads into piled foundations, the void created between the foundation slab and the ground by using Egcovoid® ensures the desired result. Soils prone to moderate swelling may cause unpredictable loads to the ground plate and/or entire building structure. By using Egcovoid®, a gap between soil and ground plate can be created
which avoids the transmission of these unpredictable loads.
