Brackets in concrete structures

Efficient and cost-effective consoles with Stabox® continuity strip or MAX FRANK Coupler threaded connection.

The production of brackets in reinforced concrete construction is associated with considerable formwork costs in conventional designs. In order to create an efficient and cost-effective solution, these can be produced with a continuity strip or with a threaded connection, depending on the steel diameter determined.

The areas of application for brackets in reinforced concrete construction are diverse:

  • as slab connection
  • as support for facades
  • for beams/ support
  • for crane runways etc.

Brackets with continuity strip Stabox® or MAX FRANK Coupler threaded connection

Whether the Stabox® continuity strip or the MAX FRANK Coupler threaded connection is used depends on the required reinforcement diameters.

  • The Stabox® continuity strip can be supplied in different variants with individual dimensions, depending on the static and geometric requirements. The design variants differ in the reinforcement guide for anchoring in the wall.
  • For larger steel diameters (≥ 12 mm) and therefore bigger force transmission, the bracket connections can be designed with the MAX FRANK Coupler in the lengths and bends required by the design. A spacing grid adapted to the formwork plan can be selected with the corresponding mounting boxes. The distances between the mounting boxes can be provided with different materials in order to achieve the respective requirements for the joint properties.
