In central Malmö, Brönnestad 1 & 2 is under construction. The project includes new production of two composite blocks with two buildings on six floors with as many as 260 apartments.
In this project, “sustainability” is the key word: the buildings will be equipped with solar cells on the roof and certified according to certification Miljöbyggnad Silver. The residents in Brönnestad 1 & 2 will be offered both a carpool with electric cars and a bicycle pool with electric box bicycles. The property will have its own bicycle workshop where you can easily hand in your own bicycle for service. For those who work from home, there will be an office hotel/office café. Home deliveries are made directly to the apartment via a smart access solution. Twice a year, Rikshem assists the residents with transporting bulky rubbish, all to reduce the need for a car.
In addition to this, the project must also meet energy use of less than 56% of the National Board of Housing, Building and Planning's building regulations, which corresponds to less than 42 kWh / year and sq.m.
Construction commenced during the first quarter of 2022 and the project will be completed during the first quarter of 2024.
For the project, MAX FRANK AB delivers a complete solution of waterproofing systems with Zemseal® sub-structure waterproofing system, Fradiflex® metal waterstop, Stremaform® formwork, Pecafil® formwork elements and Spacers.
