New construction of the state secondary school Trostberg with 30 classrooms as well as technical and administrative rooms.
The building of the Trostberg State Secondary School has been dilapidated for a long time. The district authorities have therefore decided to erect a new building instead of carrying out a general refurbishment. The future secondary school is divided into three compact, three-storey buildings that form interlocking open spaces.
The new building is being constructed slightly offset from the existing secondary school on a site next to the Hertzhaimer-Gymnasium. A solid waterproofing concept was required because the built-up urban area between the Alz River and the Alz Canal is contaminated by groundwater.
The combination of Fradiflex® metal water stop, Intec® injection hose system and the sub-structure waterproofing system Zemseal® provides permanent protection against water pressure in the basement.
