Norrlands University Hospital
In spring 2022, a new building for psychiatry will be completed at Norrlands University Hospital in Umeå. For the project, MAX FRANK delivers the sub-structure waterproofing system Zemseal®.
The new healthcare building, which has been named the "New Psychiatry", is a wide-ranging investment in psychiatric care at Norrland University Hospital. Umeå University will also have activities in the building with premises for research and development.
It will be an energy-efficient building with solar panels for hot water and solar cells for solar energy production that will be mounted on the roof. There are also plans for a geoenergy storage facility.
The new construction is expected to be completed in spring 2022.
