In Helsingborg, a coastal town in southern Sweden, an impressive residential building with 20 storeys and 108 flats was built.
The flats are equipped with spacious balconies - some units even have two or three balconies. To ensure year-round use, at least half of the balcony is glazed, creating a flexible and inviting outdoor space in all weathers and all year round.
MAX FRANK AB supplied the project with Egcobox® cantilever connections for optimum thermal insulation. With high demands on the indoor climate with low energy consumption and minimal environmental impact, the thermal bridge can be minimised by using the Egcobox® connection. Egcobox® structural connection units thermally isolate an exterior component and an interior component from each other.
