Top quality when shuttering precast concrete elements

As permanent formwork, the fibre concrete edge formwork creates a high-quality finish when prefabricating concrete elements in the precast plant. Thanks to the improved material composi-tion, the edge formwork from MAX FRANK achieves top quality with regard to the stability, elas-ticity and surface of the elements.

High-quality materials and optimised manufacturing methods make it possible to manufacture the fibre concrete edge formwork with high compressive strength and sufficient elasticity. Thanks to the elastic material properties the edge formwork can be aligned perfectly straight and mounted by one person with a three-point mounting without the risk of breakage. The use of the formwork in the precast plant is thus much simpler and more cost-effective than other formwork materials.

Depending on where the edge formwork is used, different product variants are available with and without drip formers. Thanks to its ideal profile form, the edge formwork with pre-mounted sealing strip is particularly suitable for both ceiling (with one sealing strip) and wall shuttering (with sealing strips on both sides). The fibre concrete edge formwork as a standard element with flat support is recommended for the shuttering of ceiling openings, stair exits and various recesses in the indoor area.
