The complex includes multi-family residential buildings and residential-service buildings. The high-quality use of the underground structure on difficult building ground requires a reliable waterproofing system.
During the extension of the metro line 2 in Warsaw, a strong ground slab had to be sealed. This lies at a depth of 15 metres below the ground level and about 12 metres below the upper edge of the groundwater table.
A fascinating ensemble of buildings called "Neuer Kanzlerplatz" is currently under construction on the site of the former Bonn Center. In the harbour of Malmö, the Varvsstaden area has been newly developed for a couple of years now and has become very popular with its close proximity to the water and Malmö city. A preschool, school and sports hall are now under construction.
As part of the “Stuttgart 21” transport infrastructure project, Stuttgart’s existing main railway station is being converted into an underground through-station flooded with light. For the chalice-shaped pillars on the future railway platforms, MAX FRANK is supplying fibre-reinforced concrete single spacers.

The new August-Kühne-Haus is currently under construction at the historic headquarters of the logistics company Kühne + Nagel in Bremen. MAX FRANK supplied thermally insulating Egcobox® cantilever connectors for the precast sections of the load-bearing exposed concrete façade.
MAX FRANK Tubbox® "blowhole-free" column formers were used for the round columns for the bus station. The Zemdrain® CPF liner, placed inside the Tubbox® column formers, ensures a blowhole-free concrete surface.
The Allmend Tunnel has already been in operation for 46 years and showed various structural damages. With the renovation of the motorway section Thun-Nord - Thun-Süd, the tunnel will also be renovated.
The former New Bridewell Police Headquarters was demolished to make way for 499 beds of purpose built student accommodation and approximately 6,500 sqft of commercial floor space at ground floor level.
