Zemseal^® membrane system completes waterproof substructures

Pre-applied, fully bonded membrane systems are superior to conventional waterproofing membranes. Even when the membrane is breached, a fully bonded system will prevent failure by restricting lateral water migration (tracking). Zemseal^® is a complete tanking solution for concrete substructures and safely bridges cracks, will resist ground water intrusion and chemical attack.

The system is your resilient protection from ground water intrusion. The membrane is highly durable and will meet construction site demands and challenges. The functional side (concrete) consists of a three-dimensional, diamond shaped polypropylene grid, a sandwhich layer of a adhesive laced non-woven geotextile fabric and a chemically resistant polypropylene membrane on the waterbearing side.
