Egcobox® thermal breaks exceed BSR demands with BBA Agrément Certification (REI 120), mitigating fire spread risk. Whether it’s balconies or precast stone banding, our load-bearing A1 non-combustible thermal breaks are supplied with stone wool insulation as standard and ensure seamless, high-performance connections.

MAX FRANK Egcobox® with stone wool insulation provides pre-tested acoustic, fire and thermal performance, allowing specifiers and contractors to submit BSR documentation with confidence while saving time and reducing on-site complexity.
When safety, reliability and compliance matter, Shearail® has been trusted by engineers and contractors for decades. Shear rails are recognised across the industry as the effective solution for controlling punching shear in reinforced concrete slabs. Delivered to site as prefabricated rails, shear rails are faster and more reliable to install than shear links.

But not all shear rails are the same! If you’re specifying shear rails, Shearail® sets the standard for safety, quality and compliance. Shear rail is not just a common term – it’s the MAX FRANK brand.
MAX FRANK Shearail® punching shear reinforcement provides a proven, certified and prefabricated solution that makes compliance simpler for both design and construction teams.
Expansion joints are created in concrete structures to decouple components and to avoid stress cracks. MAX FRANK Egcodorn® shear dowels are connections, engineered to transfer shear loads in the slabs, cores and walls of concrete structures. The dowels are also compatible with Stremaform® concrete jointing formwork.

Contractors benefit on site through safer, simpler and more traceable installation, while specifiers benefit at design stage with proven performance, compliance documentation and easier BSR submission evidence.
MAX FRANK Pecafil® is a permanent formwork solution, specially manufactured using steel mesh covered with polyethylene foil. It is designed to speed up construction of foundations, ribbed slabs and ground beams etc. and is supplied as flat sheets or preformed according to your site application.
Pecavoid® is a ground heave protection system designed to protect foundations and slabs from ground movement in expansive soils. The cellular void former provides a compressible void below suspended slabs or beams and can be used in conjunction with Pecafil®.

Both products hold a proven track record, tried and tested, with detailed technical data. Pecafil® & Pecavoid® provide the physical, technical and performance evidence for the structural, durability and ground movement parts of the compliance statement. Pecafil® can be supplied as preformed panels/shapes to reduce on-site errors and to enable faster installation with reduced risk onsite. MAX FRANK's Pecavoid® specification tool enables engineers to input project and soil details to determine guidance on the required product grade and void depth.
