The groundworks consisted of a shell unit located on the ground floor of the site. Associated public realm around the perimeter and a temporary car park also formed part of the works.
Hilton’s award winning upscale hotel brand will offer facilities of a high standard. Owned by Genr8, the 140-bed Hilton Garden Inn will welcome guests in 2019 and will provide a tremendous boost to the region's business and tourism industry.
The hotel development has been designed and constructed to achieve ‘Very Good’ BREEAM rating.
