The ‘Dyrehavsbakken’ amusement park, known as Bakken for short, is located north of Copenhagen. For a new roller coaster, circular foundations for columns were formed using the permanent formwork Pecafil®.
The origins of the amusement park date back to 1583, making Bakken the oldest amusement park in the world. You can experience boundless fun in over 30 rides, both historical and modern.
The foundation of a rollercoaster is a crucial element for safety and stability. It is usually made of reinforced concrete and has a corresponding ground depth for supports and pillars. For a new roller coaster in Bakken, the permanent formwork material Pecafil® was used to form circular foundations for columns.
