The complex includes multi-family residential buildings and residential-service buildings. The high-quality use of the underground structure on difficult building ground requires a reliable waterproofing system.
Amber Park is a complex of seven modern multi-family residential buildings.
All of them have been designed with the comfort of the residents in mind, as evidenced by the emphasis on maintaining the largest possible area of green areas. Virtually the entire space surrounding the estate is green with small architecture referring to amber, which is also the name of the estate. The buildings have been equipped with elevators, storage rooms and underground garages.
The concrete foundation slabs and the walls of the underground level are designed as a "white tank". In addition, the Zemseal® sub-structure waterproofing system was used to supplement the "white tank".
Floor slabs can be optimally secured against penetrating ground water by sub-structure waterproofing systems, also the walls are secured with Zemseal ®. Complex geometries such as floor slab projections or haunches are easily executed.
The floor slab is optimally secured against penetrating ground water by Zemseal® sub-structure waterproofing system. On the external walls, the self-adhesive Zemseal® PA was installed for the first time in Poland.
The waterproofing system in addition with Fradiflex® metal water stop and Intec® injection hose system was developed in the technical office of Max Frank Polska.
