The Egcotritt stair landing bearing was installed in a multi-family dwelling to prevent unwanted sound transmission in staircases.
A multi-family dwelling with 25 residential units is being built on the Schlossinsel in the Harburg inland port. The usable area is 4,500 m² and the dwelling is to be implemented at a construction cost of 1.6 million Euros. This charming location, surrounded by green parks and close to the Hamburg metropolis and the planned daycare centre, makes for an attractive residential complex.
The arcade has been acoustically decoupled from the building by more than 300 MAX FRANK Egcotritt units. Egcotritt offers a simple, safe and economic solution to impact sound problems for stair landings, stair flights, arcades, supported balconies, etc. The fire protection collar ensures fire resistance rating up to F120. The impact sound dowel exceeds the impact sound transmission reduction requirements and thus significantly improves quality of life.
