The Oeresund Bridge connects the Danish capital Copenhagen and Malmö in Sweden.
The Oeresund Bridge connects the Danish capital Copenhagen and Malmö in Sweden. With a total length of almost 8 kilometres, it is the world's longest cable-stayed bridge for combined road and rail transport. The bridge was opened on 1 July 2000.
MAX FRANK supplied spacers made of fibre-reinforced concrete for the impressive bridge structure to ensure the concrete cover for high requirements as well as the CPF liner Zemdrain®. Zemdrain® drains the water from the edge concrete. This makes it harder, denser and more resistant, which significantly increases the service life of the concrete surface.
