Purchasing & Logistics - two departments, one goal

MAX FRANK has adapted its organization to the national and international markets and, thanks to our worldwide network, we now have purchasing departments in all key world markets.

Our central purchasing department in Germany coordinates global sourcing. It exercises overriding control to ensure uniform alignment and strategic development of purchasing. Our national and international sites have their own purchasing units, which are responsible for sourcing suppliers and supplying their sites within their regions. These operating units are largely decentralized.
