Fibre concrete distance tubes
Securing wall thickness where high quality results are required
Distance tubes are used with reusable tie bars to guarantee the concrete walls thickness. They bond completely with the concrete and thus prevent the penetration of water and other concrete damaging substances.
Distance tubes can be combined with accessories from MAX FRANK to create a proven system for a wide range of physical and chemical influences on structures. Certifications from certified testing centres are available.

Product variants
Distance tubes, cut
for wall thicknesses up to 40 cm
The use of cut-down distance tubes is recommended for normal wall thicknesses. These are one-piece spacers, pre-cut to the concrete wall thickness.
Distance tubes with coupling
for medium wall thicknesses and possible additional water stop
Distance tubes with coupling are suitable for medium wall thicknesses. These comprise a coupling element made of 2 cut-down elements. An additional water stop may be fitted in the coupling area.
Combined shutter tie
for wall thicknesses of more than 60 cm
For wall thicknesses over 60 cm and high formwork pressure, we recommend the use of combined shutter ties, a combination of a central steel tube with fibre-reinforced concrete stoppers. All distance tube closure systems can be used in this way.
